Yes. If you can no longer attend the festival, you can transfer your tickets to someone else. Please note that 2-day tickets serve one person only. The person attending Day 1 should be the same person attending Day 2.

No, 2-day tickets serve one person only so it cannot be transferred to anyone else. 

 

  • 2-day ticket holders will receive a SINGLE wristband that must be worn BOTH DAYS. Do not cut the wristband yourself.
  • Any damaged or tampered with wristbands will be considered void.
  • Festival wristbands are non-transferable once worn. The person attending Day 1 should be the same person attending Day 2.

Wristbands will be issued on the day of the festival.

The exchange period for Wanderland 2020 tickets to Wanderland 2023 tickets has already ended.

If your ticket is from a sponsor, kindly reach out to them for your next steps. Wanderland is only responsible for tickets won through Wanderland giveaways via their own social media pages.

EVENT GUIDELINES

Here’s the game plan, Wanderer!

  1. You must present your ticket, valid ID, and vaccination card to enter the venue.
  2. If unvaccinated, you must present an antigen test taken 24 hours before the show date, along with a medical certificate.
  3. For concert goers aged 18 years old and above, a valid ID must be presented to acquire a liquor wristband. Valid IDs must be presented upon entry to be issued a liquor wristband. Failure to present a valid ID, even if the attendee is of legal age, will result in no liquor wristbands.
  4. Re-entry will NOT be allowed.

No, 2-day ticket holders will receive a SINGLE wristband that must be worn BOTH DAYS. Do not attempt to cut or remove the wristband yourself.

  • Festival wristbands are non-transferable once worn. The person attending Day 1 should be the same person attending Day 2. 

IF REMOVED, 2-day ticket holders will not be granted entry to the festival the next day.

The event is open to all ages – children 2 and below are admitted for free. Minors (17 and below) must be accompanied by a ticket-bearing parent or guardian. Following the ratio of 1 adult : 2 minors.

Yes, they are required. If unvaccinated, you must present an antigen test taken 48 hours before the show date, along with a medical certificate.

No, re-entry will not be allowed. Make sure you have everything you need (tickets, valuables, necessities) before entering the grounds. Don’t worry, we got food, drinks, and a whole lot of wanderful booths and activities in store for you!

Yes! Empty tumblers will be allowed inside the venue. Water refill stations will be designated around the festival grounds. Stay hydrated, Wanderer!

Yes, only attendees 18 years old and above are allowed to purchase alcoholic beverages at the festival. Liquor wristbands must be worn and presented upon purchasing of alcoholic beverages.

No. WANDERLAND FESTIVAL IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING EVENT. SMOKING, BRINGING OF CIGARETTES, VAPES, AND LIGHTERS WILL BE PROHIBITED.

Starting Oct. 12, 2017,

City Ordinance No. 17-072 or COMPREHENSIVE SMOKE-FREE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MUNTINLUPA will be strictly implemented.

Anyone who violates this ordinance will be given equivalent FINE or COMMUNITY SERVICE.

Parking locations will be at Festival Mall. Parking hours will be extended until 2AM. 

Point & shoot and mirrorless cameras with lens limited to 55mm or less will be allowed.

NO TO DRUGS.

Wanderland does not support the use and possession of illegal drugs and other prohibited substances. These will be confiscated immediately.

NO LOOSE MEDICATION.

Loose pills and medication not in their original packaging are not allowed inside the festival grounds. Personal medication must be supported by authorized prescription for verification.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD & DRINKS.

Don’t worry, Wanderer! Plenty of food & drinks concessionaires will be available inside the festival grounds.
